Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for Contract No. 12-OF96E4 A High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane widening project on Interstate 5 in the cities of San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point and San Clemente, in Orange County, from 0.4 miles north of Camino de Estrella overcrossing, to 0.2 miles south of San Juan Creek Road undercrossing.
